Cookie Policy

Last revised: June 1, 2026.

1. Scope

No Good Marketing LLC (“NGM,” “we,” “us”) uses this policy to explain storage and tracking technologies on NGM-controlled websites, including nogoodmarketing.com and its subdomains, portals and service interfaces. Read it with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

A client's own website or application has its own controller and notices. When NGM configures technology on a client's behalf, NGM follows that client's lawful instructions and applicable service and data-processing agreements. Client customer records are not available for NGM's independent advertising or prospecting.

2. Technologies and purposes

Cookies are small records stored on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs and identifiers used to recognize a browser, remember a choice or measure an event. First-party technologies are associated with the site being visited; third-party technologies may be associated with a service embedded in it. Session storage ends with a session; persistent storage remains until its stated expiry or deletion.

These are the categories NGM may deploy. This table does not mean every category is active on every page.

CategoryPermitted purposeChoice
EssentialAuthentication, session security, requested transactions, fraud prevention where necessary, and storing privacy choicesUsed without optional consent only where a valid legal exemption applies; not repurposed for advertising
Optional preferencesRemembering nonessential display, convenience or personalization settingsSubject to the applicable site's choice controls and required consent
AnalyticsMeasuring use, performance and errors to improve the affected serviceSubject to required consent or an actually applicable legal exemption and its conditions
Marketing and referral attributionMeasuring NGM campaigns or attributing an authorized referralSubject to applicable consent, sale/share opt-outs and preference signals; never treated as essential solely to earn a commission

A technology's purpose and behavior determine its category. Calling a tracking tool “security,” “first party” or “server side” does not exempt it from applicable requirements. NGM will not bypass a refusal through fingerprinting, server-side tracking or another identifier.

3. Information and recipients

Depending on the enabled feature, these technologies may process an IP address, device/browser information, session or referral identifier, pages or events, approximate time and privacy preferences. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy; an identifier is not necessarily anonymous.

An approved referral partner may receive a minimal referral identifier, qualification status and commission information needed to administer its enrollment. That does not authorize access to CRM records, messages, customer lists, sensitive information or mobile-message consent records.

A provider embedded by NGM does not eliminate NGM's own disclosure and choice duties. Required recipient identities and processing details are made available through the applicable property notice, privacy disclosure or data-processing schedule. This policy does not grant unnamed providers unlimited independent use.

4. Choices

NGM obtains valid consent before placing or accessing optional technologies where required. When an actual exemption applies, NGM meets its conditions rather than assuming all analytics or security tools are exempt.

The affected site's privacy or cookie controls must allow the choices required for its actual deployment, including rejecting optional categories and changing a prior choice. Where consent is required, optional tools remain blocked until valid consent is recorded. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it where that standard applies. A checkbox accepting service terms is not optional-cookie consent.

NGM honors legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser/device and, where required and identifiable, the associated account. NGM does not make a required opt-out conditional on creating an account. Optional advertising or sharing cannot be enabled without the controls required by applicable law.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser. This may affect login or requested functionality, and deleting storage may remove a saved preference. Browser controls do not necessarily reach server-side processing or all devices. Contact [email protected] for assistance or an applicable privacy request; browser settings are supplementary to NGM's required controls.

A valid withdrawal stops future consent-dependent tracking. It does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Retention and deletion of previously collected information follow the Privacy Policy, applicable law and accepted processing agreements.

5. Property-specific inventory and retention

The notice or settings for each deployed NGM property must accurately identify its active technologies, purpose/category, provider where required, information involved, duration and relevant controls. Durations must reflect actual configuration, including any renewal on later visits. NGM does not represent that a particular banner, provider, cookie name or retention period is deployed merely because this policy describes a category.

Before enabling a new tool or purpose, NGM updates that inventory, assesses applicable choices, tests blocking and signal handling, and obtains fresh consent where required. New optional purposes cannot be activated under a consent given for a different purpose. Client-controlled properties require their own scoped review.

6. Updates

NGM reserves the right to revise or replace this policy at any time under Terms and Conditions Section 13 and Privacy Policy Section 14. Revised notices state their revision and applicable effective dates; material changes receive the notice required there.

Publication or continued browsing is not consent to new optional tracking. An update does not retroactively expand processing permissions, override an accepted DPA/BAA or cancel an existing opt-out.
